I love the idea of meditation but I found it hard. I have 2 small children and my own biz and felt I never had time. I needed guidance but when I asked in Facebook groups for recommendations I was told to “just search youtube”. Here’s the thing. I’m sure there are tons of great free meditations on there, but finding them was taking time and stressing me out. So I abandoned it despite the stress starting to feel patable.

Enter Tarah. She’s magic. Seriously, listening to her guide me through a meditation is instant peace. I love that I’m not wondering when the meditation will be over. Instead I’ve gone inside to touch the part of me that doesn’t care about the outside world but rather just exists in peaceful space.

It’s hard for me to even put into words how amazing and in tune Tarah is during her meditations. I have never been able to truly get into a meditative state. It wasn’t for lack of trying but for some reason I could never release my mind enough to get there.

My very first meditation with Tarah I was able not only actually achieve that but I had the most peaceful out of body experience. She has a way of calming your soul and letting all the noise of the outside world fade away. It was really an awesome experience and one I can’t wait to do more of.
