This is literally one of the EASIEST snacks to make! REALLY! Less than 5 ingredients and fabulous when you are wanting to host a crowd or need to bring a dish!
- Pint of Cherry Tomatoes
- Handful of Fresh Basil or Oregano
- Fresh Mozzarella
- (optional) Drizzle of Merlot Balsamic Reduction
Simply alternate on a bamboo skewer a Cherry Tomato, Leaf of Basil, then Mozzarella, Basil leaf, then Tomato again. If you have longer skewers continue. Add a drizzle of Balsamic Reduction to enhance to flavour (upon serving) and garnish with herb of choice! Enjoy!
