Banana Cakes with Very Berry Jam

When your in a rush this is easy and simple to make!  The Very Berry Jam is a great alternative to regular syrup.  Give it a try:)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

In a bowl mash the banana, egg, and cinnamon together.  Add the coconut oil to a pan on medium heat.  Once the oil is melted and pan is ready add the mixture.  Cook 2-3 minutes on each  side until golden brown.  Serve with 2 tbsp's of Very Berry Jam.

Makes 1 - 2 Banana Cakes :) -double the recipe as needed.

***Juicy Tip - If you want to make up in batches, cool the pancakes and place in a freezer safe dish and place parchment paper between each layer.  Easy to reheat and eat! Live Juicy!
