Raspberry is one of my favourites to use in smoothies! I love the flavour... with this one I like to add a few drops of Lime Essential Oil (or fresh lime) but the two flavours paired together are dynamite!
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 2 Cups of Spinach
- 2 Scoops of Hemp protein powder (I like the Pomegranate Berry Flavour) but you can use any protein powder of your choice.
- 2-3 drops Lime Essential Oil (or 1 fresh squeezed lime)
Simply put all ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.
