Juicy's Beet Juice

I know! BEET JUICE RIGHT?!  Well this one is definitely thirst quenching and will get your toxins flowing right on out!  All while nourishing your body temple and making you feel fantastic!

  • 2 medium organic beets chopped (skins on)
  • 2 medium organic cucumbers
  • 10 celery sticks
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 lime peeled
  • beet leaves (if you have them)

Run all ingredients through your juicer and drink immediately:)  If you don't have a juicer, you can always add about a cup of water and juice up in your blender.  Just use a strainer afterwards to separate the pulp from the juice:)

Makes 2 - 4 Servings

***Juicy Tip -  Although drinking immediately is the best, I know some of us are on tight schedules and simply don't have the time to juice everyday.  This can be stored up to 2 days in the refrigerator in a air tight jar.  Voila!

Kombucha Rose

Mama's!  This berry yumminess is one your going to want to make!  Perfect for a hot sunny day when you get some time to relax:)

  • 1 Lime Sliced
  • 2 Cups of Frozen Berries (I used strawberries, cherries, raspberry, and blueberry's)
  • 1 Bottle Of White Wine (I used a Moscotto) for this one
  • 2 Cups of Ginger Kombucha

Put all ingredients into a Large 1.5L Mason Jar and cover.  Serve immediately or allow flavours to blend for 30 minutes.  If you prefer non - alcoholic you can replace the wine with Cranberry or Apple Juice.  

Serves 2 - 4 :)

***Juicy Tip -  You may also use fresh berries as well.  The frozen work well in keeping the beverage cold when you serve right away!  Enjoy! Live Juicy!
