Glowing Goddess Juice

    

 

 

Since the holidays are approching, things always seem to get busier, more things come up and we sometimes forget to take good care of ourselves.  I was making this juice, (which was delicious BTW) and was reminded just how much better I feel when I "juice" on a regular basis.  So I made a BIG batch for the family to save some time tomorrow, pre-portioned and ready to go!

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 whole celery (8-10stalks)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 limes
  • handful of spinach 

Wash, chop and run all ingredients through juicer.  Serve immediately, or store in glass air tight container for up to 2 days.

Makes 6-8  servings:)

***Juicy tip -  Just adding in a juice a day, especially during the holidays will keep you feeling great!  

Green Apple Juice

This I must admit is one of my favourite " go to " juices!  I hope you enjoy!

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Kale Leaves
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 inch piece fresh Ginger  (or 1 drop of Ginger Essential Oil)

Serves 1 :)

Run all ingredients through your juicer and serve on ice!  Enjoy! Live Juicy!

***Juicy Tip - Did you know Parsley helps to remove heavy metals from the body and is a great detoxifying agent!  It contains vitamin C, A, K and also high in Iron!

Green Goddess Juice

I LOVE this recipe!  The flavours go so well together and the subtle hint of mint makes it delisiously unique!

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Pear
  • 4 Kale Leaves
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves

Run all ingredients through your juicer and drink!  

***Juicy Tip - The celery and cucumber are very hydrating and you get loads of deep green veggies at the same time.  YUM!  Live Juicy!
